1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to www.phosbyzantino.shop (the “Site”). Access to and use of the Site, and the purchase of products through the Site (the “Services”), are governed by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). By using the Site and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. ELIGIBILITY & USER ACCOUNT
3.1. You may use the Site and place orders only if you are at least 18 years old and can enter into a legally binding contract.
3.2. You may create an account to use certain features (order history, saved addresses, wishlist). You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for any activity under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. PRODUCTS, DESCRIPTIONS & PRICES
4.1. We aim to display product information accurately. Product photos are indicative; minor variations may occur, especially for handcrafted items.
4.2. All prices are in Euros (€) and include 24% VAT unless stated otherwise.
4.3. We reserve the right to change prices and availability without notice. Any changes will not affect orders already accepted.
5. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
5.1. Items placed in your basket are not reserved and remain available to other customers until checkout is completed.
5.2. Your order is considered accepted when you receive an order confirmation email.
5.3. We may refuse or cancel an order if:
(a) payment is not authorized,
(b) delivery is not available to your location,
(c) there is an error in pricing or product information,
(d) we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity.
6. PAYMENT METHODS & SECURITY
6.1. Payment methods:
– Payment at the store (only for store pick-up). Orders are reserved for 10 days; after that, the order may be cancelled.
– Credit/debit/prepaid card via Alpha Bank’s secure “Alpha e-Commerce” platform.
– PayPal.
– Cash on Delivery (Greece only) with an extra charge of €1.50.
6.2. Card payments are processed through Alpha Bank’s secure platform using industry-standard encryption (TLS). We do not store your full card details.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
7.1. GREECE (ACS Courier)
– Attica: estimated delivery 1–2 business days.
– Outside Attica: estimated delivery 1–4 business days.
– Standard shipping: €3.50.
– Cash on Delivery fee: €1.50 (for orders up to €50.00).
– Free delivery on orders over €50.00.
– Store pick-up: free at 12, D. Areopagitou St., Athens, 10558.
Store hours: Mon/Wed/Sat 10:00–16:00, Tue/Thu/Fri 10:00–20:00.
7.2. INTERNATIONAL (ELTA – Greek Postal Service)
– Standard delivery fee: €14.50.
– Delivery times vary by destination.
– Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.
– Free delivery on orders over €100.00.
Non-EU customers may be charged additional fees (customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, exchange differences). These are the customer’s responsibility.
7.3. DELIVERY ADDRESS & FAILED DELIVERY
Delivery is made to the address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring it is accurate and accessible. If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address details, repeated failed delivery, or refusal to accept delivery, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
8. CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH

If your order has already been dispatched, you must follow the Returns/Withdrawal process.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including courier delays, strikes, natural disasters, governmental actions, or network failures).
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS – EU CONSUMERS)
10.1. If you are a consumer (acting outside your business), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods.
10.2. To exercise withdrawal, you must send a clear withdrawal request before the 14-day period ends by email to phosbyzantino@gmail.com. You may also use our Withdrawal Form:

10.3. Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in original packaging with all components, accompanied by the purchase receipt/invoice.
10.4. Withdrawal return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
10.5. Refunds:
– We refund the product price and the initial standard delivery cost (only up to the least expensive delivery option we offered).
– Cash on Delivery fees are not refundable.
– Refund is made using the original payment method within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods (or evidence of return).
11. RETURNS & EXCHANGES (STORE POLICY – 30 DAYS)

12. REPAIRS
PHOS BYZANTINO handcrafted jewelry can be repaired. Contact us for an estimate before sending any item. Shipping to our workshop is at the customer’s expense. Proof of purchase and contact details are required.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site (texts, images, graphics, logos, design, and code) is protected under Greek and EU intellectual property laws, including Greek Law 2121/1993. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any Site content without our written permission.
14. PRIVACY

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law (including for fraud).
16. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by Greek law (including Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection and relevant EU consumer law). Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
