  1. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS – EU CONSUMERS)
    1.1. If you are a consumer (acting outside your business), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods.
    1.2. To exercise withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period ends by sending a clear statement to:

1.3. Conditions for withdrawal returns:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, in perfect condition.
  • Returned in original packaging with all components.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt/invoice.

1.4. Return shipping costs:

  • For withdrawals (change of mind), the customer pays return shipping.
  • If the product is defective or incorrect, see sections 4 and 5.

1.5. Refunds:

  • We refund the product price and the initial standard delivery cost, provided you selected the least expensive delivery option we offered.
  • Cash on Delivery fees are not refundable.
  • Refund is made using the original payment method within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods (or evidence of return).
  1. VOLUNTARY RETURNS / EXCHANGES (30 DAYS – STORE POLICY)
    2.1. In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day return/exchange policy from the delivery date.
    2.2. Items must be unused/unworn, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by invoice/receipt (or gift receipt).

You may also return items in person at our store during working hours to avoid return shipping costs.

  1. EXCHANGE / CHANGE OF MIND (YOU CHANGED YOUR DECISION)
    4.1. After we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions above, we issue a discount coupon equal to the returned item’s price for use on your next order.
    4.2. All shipping costs involved (return and any reshipment) are paid by the customer.
  2. WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
    5.1. If you received the wrong item, contact us at phosbyzantino@gmail.com as soon as possible.
    5.2. After we receive the incorrect item back in original condition, we ship the correct item within 3 business days.
    5.3. We reimburse return shipping cost up to €4.00, either:
    (a) via a discount coupon, or
    (b) via bank deposit as stated on your returns note.
  3. DEFECTIVE ITEM
    6.1. If you discover a defect in your PHOS BYZANTINO jewelry within 30 days from delivery, we will repair or replace it at no extra charge, unless impossible or disproportionately costly.
    6.2. Include the returns note and send the item to the returns address above.
    6.3. We reimburse return shipping cost up to €3.50, either:
    (a) via a discount coupon, or
    (b) via bank deposit as stated on your returns note.
    6.4. If the product is out of stock, we will inform you of the expected dispatch date (maximum period of 10 business days).
  4. REPAIRS
    PHOS BYZANTINO handcrafted jewelry can be repaired.
    7.1. Contact us before sending the item to receive an estimate.
    7.2. Shipping to our workshop is at the customer’s expense.
    7.3. Include proof of purchase (receipt/invoice or gift receipt) and your contact details.
    7.4. Alternatively, you may bring the item to our store during working hours and you will be informed about the repair cost by phone or email.
